These Terms govern your use of SafeShare, provided by Nanjing Yumai Technology Co., Ltd. (“Cuenovo,” “we,” or “us”). By using SafeShare, you agree to these Terms.

License

SafeShare is licensed, not sold. Your use of the app is also subject to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If these Terms conflict with Apple’s Standard EULA, Apple’s terms control to the extent required.

What SafeShare does

SafeShare uses on-device automated detection to suggest image areas worth checking and provides tools to redact selected areas before exporting a new copy. Detection is an aid, not a guarantee. It may miss private information or suggest an area that is not private.

Free allowance and purchases

SafeShare is free to download and includes five successful exports per calendar month. A completed share, save, or copy counts as one export; a canceled or failed action does not. Unlimited exports are available through a monthly auto-renewing subscription or a one-time lifetime in-app purchase. Prices shown in SafeShare are the localized prices provided by Apple and may vary by storefront, currency, and tax.

Subscriptions, restoration, and refunds

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. The monthly plan renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current billing period ends. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple Account subscription settings. The lifetime plan does not renew. Purchases can be restored from SafeShare on another eligible device using the same Apple Account. Apple handles billing and refund requests under its applicable policies.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing the full image, choosing the areas to redact, confirming the exported result, and ensuring that you have the right to use and share the image. Do not rely on SafeShare as the sole safeguard for legal, medical, financial, identity, safety-critical, or regulated disclosure decisions.

Acceptable use

You may not use SafeShare to violate law, infringe another person’s rights, misrepresent altered evidence, or facilitate fraud or harm. You may not reverse engineer or redistribute the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Availability and changes

We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features. Device capabilities, iOS versions, image quality, language, and layout can affect detection results.

Disclaimer and limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SafeShare is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation or complete detection. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
